This type of review really doesn't help us identifying the problem and fix it.
Although we love seeing five-star ratings on our apps, we also do not mind seeing fewer stats. That actually encourages us to improve. However, we have noticed that many users only rate the app without posting a review or feedback, or they don't provide any information at all. It would help us a lot if you post a review with some details whether you are giving us five stars or less. This will help us improve our apps and provide more features.
We also encourage you to contact us if you're having any problem using one of our apps. The problem might be very easy to resolve or there might be some misunderstanding on how to use the app.
