We've been getting a lot of bad reviews for Image to Text OCR Scanner Android app. Many bad reviews are due to the misunderstanding of the app and its functionalities.

In this post, we are going to write about some of the things you need to know before using this. We really can't stress this enough. We posted this on the Google Play listing, the Knowledge Base pages and inside the app. However, we are still getting bad reviews. Turned out the people don't like to read and just want to use the app right away without even reading the introduction.

Look at this screenshot from the Google Play listing and how it shows that we intentionally wrote the introduction in bold and red in an effort to "maybe" grab the users attention before downloading and using the app.

We are going to write it again in this forum.
